The Challenge

Cloud Elements’ quote-to-cash process was previously very manual and in need of streamlining. Slack and email were used to manage the process and it wasn’t incorporated with Cloud Elements’ Salesforce instance at all, which meant the time to turnaround a quote was lengthy. The process was also inconsistent between divisions, adding further complications. Upon recommendation from an investment partner, Cloud Elements switched partners and selected Simplus for our extensive CPQ experience.
